Warranty Information

All products you order from Safeway Services are guaranteed to be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of one year from the date of shipment and will be replaced or repaired at our cost. Safeway Services also provides a 30 day return policy on standard products and standard model colors. Excludes trucks, platforms, 36" wide carts and same model in quantities over 6 units.

Call Safeway Services for a return authorization number and include that number on your return shipment. All items are subject to a restocking fee and damage charges, unless Safeway Services is at fault. If we are at fault, call for a return authorization number and we will arrange pickup.

All products are made in the U.S.A. and ship from Northern Illinois, with limited shipping points in California, Texas, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. Customers are responsible for freight charges on cancelled items.
